Location: Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS FT
Hours: – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 – Part time may be considered
Contract: Temporary for 3 months

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Work as part of the Corporate Admin Support Team, providing secretarial and administration support to the PAs/EAs and administration support service to senior managers.
- Booking meetings and associated administration.
- Organising multidisciplinary meetings, conferences and events as required
- Assist PAs to collate and coordinate information, generate reports and formal documents using appropriate software with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle a busy workload while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Undertake minute taking cover for attended meeting as agreed with the Team Co-ordinator.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
- Excellent typing and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
- NHS System Knowledge
