Are you an experienced FM professional ready to take ownership of a key account?

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to lead the delivery of hard FM services across a high-profile contract. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee operational performance, manage client relationships, and drive commercial success.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of the account with full ownership.
• Leading engineers and supervisors to achieve high performance.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Managing budgets, costs, and overall contract performance.
• Ensuring the successful delivery of planned and reactive hard FM services.

About You

To be successful you'll have:

• Previous experience as an Account Manager or Contract Manager within Facilities Management.
• A strong Mechanical or Electrical technical background.
• Experience leading operational teams and driving performance.
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing costs and budgets.
• A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
