Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a Technical Advisor for our client based in Belper.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to external engineers.
- Interpret technical information and explain it clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver advice with clarity and diplomacy.
- Deliver world‑class customer service while meeting KPI‑driven performance targets.
- Use strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose potential faults accurately.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
Requirements
- GCSE Grade 4 or above or an equivalent qualification in English
- Passion for customer service
- Good problem-solving aptitude
- Computer literate with previous experience using all Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience supporting engineers or customers within a technical, engineering, heating, electrical or mechanical environment.
- Experience reading technical manuals, wiring diagrams or installation instructions.
- Previous telephone-based technical support experience.

Job Role: Technical Advisor
Location: Belper, Derbyshire
Salary: 28,500
