Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, are seeking an experienced Technical Asset (Manager) Analyst to support a major asset verification and data quality programme across a national property portfolio.
This is a highly analytical and compliance-focused role, responsible for reviewing, validating and quality assuring building asset information to ensure data is accurate, complete, compliant and fit for operational use. Working within the Asset Verification and Data Validation (AV/DV) team, you will assess incoming M&E and building fabric asset survey data, ensuring assets are correctly identified, classified and aligned to statutory maintenance requirements and SFG20 standards. This is not a surveying role and does not involve carrying out physical asset surveys. Instead, the successful candidate will spend the majority of their time reviewing asset registers, survey outputs, floor plans and technical data to ensure the integrity and compliance of the asset database.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate incoming M&E and building fabric asset data.
- Verify assets against existing client asset registers and maintenance records.
- Ensure building, floor and room information aligns with survey documentation and floor plans.
- Validate asset naming conventions and maintenance classifications.
- Confirm assets are correctly aligned to SFG20 maintenance schedules.
- Identify missing, duplicate or incorrectly categorised assets.
- Review data against engineering, statutory and compliance requirements.
- Perform detailed quality assurance checks across large volumes of asset information.
- Maintain robust document control, audit trails and version management processes.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical and compliance side of asset management and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate asset information. If you enjoy identifying discrepancies, improving data quality and ensuring compliance across large property portfolios, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a national programme while working remotely from anywhere in the UK.
