Technical Coordinator – Residential
The Role
We’re working with a growing, design-led housebuilder delivering high-quality residential developments across the South East.
This role will support projects from planning through to completion, ensuring technical information is coordinated, compliant, and delivered on programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical design from planning to handover
- Manage consultants, suppliers, and external designers
- Produce and review working drawing packages
- Resolve technical queries from site
- Support planning, building regulations, and NHBC approvals
- Attend site visits and pre-start meetings
About You
- Experience with a residential housebuilder (min. 12 months)
- Strong understanding of construction methods and regulations
- Organised and able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Good communication and IT skills
Desirable
- Exposure to SAP / EPC processes
