Location: Exeter
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Car allowance + Bonus
Job Type: Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join an established residential development team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the technical delivery of projects and work closely with consultants, design teams and site teams.

The Role

• Coordinate external consultants and design teams
• Manage planning conditions and technical approvals
• Oversee detailed design and working drawings
• Obtain Building Regulations approvals
• Review technical and supplier information
• Resolve technical queries and support site teams

About You

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator or Assistant Technical Coordinator
• Housebuilding or property development experience
• Good understanding of the residential technical process
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and external consultants
• Attained or working towards a professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE, RIBAAttained or working towards a professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE or RIBA
