You will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are technically sound, commercially viable and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Support project costing, contractor quotations and Investment Grade Proposals.
- Manage project mobilisation, delivery, commissioning and final handover.
- Coordinate plumbers, engineers and specialist subcontractors.
- Monitor quality, programme, costs and Health & Safety.
- Resolve technical issues and manage variations.
- Prepare handover documentation and identify ongoing maintenance opportunities.

- Plumbing, mechanical services or water systems.
- Water-efficiency technologies or building services.
- Site surveys, technical specification and installation.
- Contractor supervision and project delivery.
- Understanding water pressures, flow rates and existing plumbing infrastructure.
You will need strong commercial awareness, excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to make technical decisions. The ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and suppliers is essential.
Suitable backgrounds include: Plumber, Plumbing Supervisor, Mechanical Engineer, Water-Services Engineer, Contracts Engineer or Building Services Engineer.
A traditional engineering degree is not essential. Practical experience and the ability to understand how solutions will actually work on site are key.
Why Join?
This is an opportunity to take genuine technical ownership of projects, working across the full lifecycle from identifying opportunities to delivering measurable water-efficiency improvements for clients.
If you are a technically strong plumbing or mechanical professional looking to progress into a role with greater responsibility for design and delivery, I would like to hear from you.
