Technical Lead

Mechanical Technical Services Lead for a major commercial development in King’s Cross. This Mechanical-biased Lead role is a hands-on management position overseeing a small mechanical engineering team.

The Role – Technical Lead:

• Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
• Leading 4 Mechanical Engineers
• Overseeing mechanical maintenance and plant performance
• Supporting budgets, PPM strategies and continuous improvement
• Managing contractors and coordinating specialist works
• Acting as the mechanical point of escalation on site

Requirements – Technical Lead:

• Mechanical background with leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience managing engineers in a commercial environment
• Strong understanding of HVAC and building services systems
• Confident communicator with a collaborative management style
• Able to balance hands-on support with team leadership
