Are you a Service Manager from a coffee machines/white goods or similar background, looking to join a rapidly expanding company, offering a fully autonomous role, where you can take the reins and grow your own team of Engineers?

In this role, you will be part of the senior leadership team, taking full ownership of the entire technical division, responsible for KPI management, engineer oversight, CRM updates, and technical documentation alike. As the business grows, you will build a team of engineers, service advisors, PDI technicians and more, playing an active role in shaping the wider business, strategy and its future growth.

Founded 10 years ago, this highly ambitious, dynamic business are keen to continue on their track of rapid expansion, aiming to be recognised as leaders dominating their industry, increasing headcount by 25% and turnover by £3 million in the last year alone.

This role would suit a Service Manager coming from a background within coffee machines/whitegoods or similar, looking to mould a team into their vision.

The Role:

• Full ownership of the entire technical division
• Build and manage a team of Engineer
• Play an active role in shaping the wider business, strategy and growth
• Flexible work locations within a local patch: Office, Site and WFH
