- Contractor Design Elements (CDE): Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to assemble CDE packages supporting building warrant applications.
- Utility Coordination: Lead communication and design-to-installation coordination with multi-utility contractors to meet strict project timelines.
- Environmental & Site Works: Oversee site investigation environmental works alongside geotechnical engineers to achieve NHBC and council sign-offs.
- Post-Completion Resolution: Investigate legacy site defects by reviewing historical design data and conducting hands-on site investigations.
- Technical Documentation: Produce site-specific technical specification documents in collaboration with internal departments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience: Proven technical experience within a new-build residential developer, main contractor, or multi-disciplinary consultancy background.
- Technical Literacy: Exceptional ability to absorb, analyse, and apply complex technical engineering and design information.
