Are you a Technical Manager or similar, from a civil, structural, construction, or engineering background, looking for a high-status and leadership role, where you will be the go-to for all technical needs, at a rapidly expanding concrete manufacturer who are on track to have their best year to date?

In this role you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the company's technical department, including but not limited to design manager, design engineers, draughts people and specialist technical employees. You will be responsible for planning projects, allocating workloads, and overseeing all technical processes throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would suit a Technical Manager from a civil, structural, construction, or engineering background, looking for a high stakes and leadership role at a highly successful concrete manufacturer, with great benefits and the chance to manage a technical department.

The Role

• Leading day-to-day operations of the company's technical department
• Managing a team of design managers, design engineers, draughts people, and technical employees
• Office based Monday to Friday
