I'm seeking a Technical Manager to lead food safety, quality, and compliance within a fast-paced food-to-go manufacturing site. This role is key to maintaining high standards while supporting a high-volume, short shelf-life operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site technical function and ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, and legislation
- Manage audits, customer relationships, and regulatory requirements
- Drive a strong food safety and quality culture
- Investigate complaints/non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Manage specifications, traceability, and labelling compliance
About You
- Experience in a Technical Manager/Senior Technical role within food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, and retailer standards
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
