We're working with multiple food manufacturing businesses across the South West that are seeking experienced Technical Managers to lead food safety, quality and compliance across complex production environments. These are senior leadership opportunities where you'll have genuine autonomy, drive site standards and play a key role in business decision-making.
The Role
- Lead the site food safety, quality and compliance agenda.
- Develop and embed a strong food safety and quality culture.
- Manage customer, retailer and third-party audits.
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis and risk reduction initiatives.
- Coach and develop technical and quality teams.
- Operate as a key member of the Site Leadership Team.
About You
- Proven technical or quality leadership experience within food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and quality management systems.
- Experienced in retailer, customer and certification audits.
- Able to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- A confident decision-maker with high professional integrity.
- Passionate about driving standards, developing people and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
