Technical Operator

Immediate Start Available | Long-Term Temporary Assignment Until 31st January 2027

Are you looking for a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment? We are currently recruiting for a Technical Operator to join a well-established production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with factory or production experience who are looking for long-term work with competitive rates of pay.

• Weekday Days: £15.94 per hour
• Weekday Nights: £19.93 per hour
• Weekend Rate: £23.91 per hour

• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• 6:45am - 7:00pm (Days)
• 6:45pm - 7:00am (Nights)

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 31st January 2027

• Operating and supporting the Depalletiser (Depal) and Packer machinery.
• Working as the 2nd Packing Operator within the production team.
• Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
• Packaging finished beverage products ready for dispatch.
• Operating packing machinery that packs bottled products into boxes.
• Carrying out routine checks and reporting any issues.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.

Working within a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment, you will support the production process from filling bottles through to final packaging. The role focuses on operating a designated section of the packing line and ensuring products are packaged correctly and efficiently.

• Previous factory, production or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and hardworking approach.
• Willingness to work a rotating day and night shift pattern.

• Immediate start available.
