Technical Project Engineer

Marshall Harmony

Technical Project Engineer

As a Technical Project Engineer, you'll be the person who looks at a customer's challenge and works out the best way to solve it.

One project might involve improving safety across a busy warehouse. Another could be creating a solution that starts at one site before being rolled out across Europe. Every project is different, but the goal stays the same.
Find the right solution. Package it properly. Make it repeatable.

You'll be joining a specialist technical team that has become the go to support function for one of the world's biggest companies. Over the coming months, the team will also become the strategic hub for other major blue chip businesses globally.

As a Technical Project Engineer, you'll take the findings from site surveys and work out what good looks like. Existing product ranges are combined, additional solutions sourced where needed and layouts created in AutoCAD to develop something that can be replicated across multiple sites and countries.

The role doesn't stop there either. You'll stay involved through pilot installations and the development of solutions that other teams across the globe can successfully deliver.

You'll be working alongside an experienced technical team who genuinely know their craft. They're collaborative, supportive and take real pride in the quality of their work. The team is evolving too. New strategic accounts are coming on board, the office is changing and there's a real opportunity to bring fresh ideas and experience from outside.

To be right for this Technical Project Engineer role, you'll probably have worked within:
  • Warehouse automation
  • Racking and safety barriers
  • Machine guarding
  • Logistics infrastructure
You might already be a Technical Project Engineer, or perhaps you're working in a similar technical role where you've been solving engineering challenges for large, multi site customers.

You'll understand how products work together, how to turn a concept into a practical solution and how to present that solution clearly to customers and colleagues.

What's in it for you?
  • Up to £45,000 salary
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Long term career opportunities
