Technical Publisher

Sandwich, Kent (hybrid)

Salary: £19.23 per hour

Contract – 12 months

We are working confidentially with a global organisation to recruit a Technical Publisher to join their team based near Sandwich, Kent (Discovery Park). This is an excellent entry-level opportunity offering full training and long-term career development within pharmaceutical regulatory publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Support publishing activities to meet tight regulatory deadlines
• Ensure accuracy and quality across submissions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver portfolio outcomes
• Assist with system implementation and digital improvements
• Contribute to testing and validation activities
• Maintain and update documentation for systems and processes
• Support integration of new technologies and solutions

About you

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork ability
• Interest in pharmaceuticals or life sciences
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Basic IT confidence (training provided)

Previous pharmaceutical experience is not required, making this an ideal opportunity for graduates or those looking to transition into the sector. Familiarity with concepts such as eCTD/CTD, Veeva Vault, or regulatory environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
