Technical Sales Advisor

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Advisor to join a leading business near Basingstoke on a 1-year maternity cover contract. This position will be working 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities as a Technical Sales Advisor:
- Provide sales, technical and commercial support.
- Receive and process sales enquiries/quotations.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain and update CRM database.
- Capture and record relevant sales and technical data as required.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
- Build relationships with other departments, such as accounts and warehouse.
Requirements for this position:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous customer service experience
- Confident Microsoft user
- Strong attention to detail
- Own transport due to rural location
The Technical Sales Advisor Role:
- Monday – Friday
- 20 hours per week (must include 11am – 2pm)
- Salary of £14,248 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata
- Company wide bonus scheme
