Technical Sales Engineer – Aftermarket Water and Process Solutions

£40000 – £55000 + Car or Allowance + Bonus | UK based

You will join a commercially active team operating across industrial water and process systems, with a clear path into a fully commercial role over time.

From early on, you will be involved in customer discussions, account development, and live opportunities, working alongside an experienced senior sales manager.

What needs to be in place

  • Customer facing or commercial experience within engineering

Where this experience is built

  • 4 + years within industrial water treatment, process chemistry, or similar
  • Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical Engineering, or related
  • Experience within water treatment environments, gained through equipment providers, service organisations, engineering projects, utilities, or similar process industries

  • £40000 to £55000 base salary
  • Car or car allowance
  • Bonus or OTE
