Location: Remote, with Cardiff Head Office
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with customers across European markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating leads and converting new business opportunities

• Developing sales strategies for your target market

• Building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

• Creating tailored proposals and negotiating commercially successful deals

• Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline

• Reporting on activity, performance and market feedback

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Speak fluent German, Spanish, Italian or French

• Have a successful sales background, ideally within B2B sales

• Are driven, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

• Enjoy creating your own opportunities and winning new business

• Have strong communication and negotiation skills

• Are proactive, commercially aware and motivated by results

• Starting salary of £35,000
