Following the launch of an exciting new range of industrial heat pump solutions, we're supporting the UK division of an established international engineering group that is investing significantly in its UK growth. The business is looking to appoint two experienced Technical Sales professionals to help drive expansion across the UK.

This is a genuine new business role for someone who enjoys opening doors, winning new customers and building long-term commercial relationships. If you're already selling industrial or commercial heat pump solutions and want the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of developing new business across the UK, introducing innovative industrial heat pump solutions into sectors including manufacturing, industrial facilities and data centres.

This isn't a heavily managed sales role. We're looking for someone who can work independently, identify opportunities, build relationships and close deals.

You'll be joining a growing UK operation backed by an established international engineering organisation, with newly launched products, excellent technical support and significant investment behind its expansion plans.

What You'll Be Doing:
Develop new business opportunities across the UK.
Win new customers and build long-term partnerships.
Manage opportunities from initial introduction through to contract award.
Work alongside engineering teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
Build relationships with installers, distributors, consultants and end users.
Generate your own pipeline whilst also converting qualified leads provided by the business.

We're Looking For:
Proven experience selling industrial or commercial heat pump solutions.
Strong B2B technical sales background.
Demonstrable success winning new business and closing commercial deals.
Existing industry relationships and a proactive approach to business development.
Experience within industrial HVAC or wider energy solutions would be advantageous.
Self-motivated, commercially driven and eager to exceed targets.
