The opportunity as Technical Sales Manager:

As Technical Sales Manager, you'll drive business growth by understanding customer challenges and matching them with the right technical solutions.

You'll focus on:

• Developing new business and growing existing customer relationships
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share
• Promoting a broad portfolio of engineered products and solutions
• Re-activating dormant customers and winning business from competitors
• Building strong relationships with customers, agents and distributors
• Visiting customers regularly and developing long-term partnerships
• Supporting commercial negotiations and contract discussions
• Working closely with internal technical and sales teams

What are our client looking for as Technical Sales Manager ?

• You'll ideally have 3+ year's experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably within valves, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or engineered-to-order products.
• You'll be technically minded, commercially driven and confident working independently, with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Fluent German and English are essential, with additional languages an advantage.
