We’re looking for an experienced Technical Service Manager to join an innovative business delivering integrated print, data, fulfilment and mailing solutions for a diverse client base.

This is a key technical role, responsible for supporting operational excellence, improving workflows and ensuring high-quality delivery across print production, digital workflows, data processing and mailing operations.

You’ll work closely with production, creative, sales and account management teams, providing technical expertise, solving challenges and supporting the development of new products, processes and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical services across print, mailing, data and fulfilment operations
  • Improve workflows, processes and production efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance on print specifications, file preparation, automation and systems
  • Support sales and client teams with technical recommendations and solutions
  • Oversee mailing processes including data workflows, postal compliance and dispatch readiness
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement

About You

You’ll have experience within a similar technical print/data environment, with strong knowledge of:

  • Digital print workflows
  • Mailing solutions and fulfilment
  • Data processing and variable data printing
  • Production systems and process improvement

You’ll be a confident communicator, organised problem solver and someone who enjoys working collaboratively across technical, creative and commercial teams.

Experience with Quadient, mailing software, automation systems or integrated print solutions would be advantageous.
