- Lead Technical Services across a three-site commercial portfolio.
- Manage engineering teams, subcontractors, and compliance.
- Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, and lifecycle works.
- Build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Technical Services or Hard FM management experience.
- Strong M&E and statutory compliance knowledge.
- Experience leading engineering teams.
