Technical Services Manager – London

Up to £85,000 + Package

An established high end residential main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join the team on a prestigious project in Central London.

This is an opportunity to join a live project that is well progressed, taking ownership of the MEP package through the final stages of delivery, including second fix, commissioning and handover. The successful candidate will work on a high-specification scheme where attention to detail and quality are paramount.

The Role

• Manage the MEP package from the current stage through to Practical Completion
• Coordinate specialist MEP subcontractors and consultants
• Drive programme, quality assurance and commissioning activities
• Oversee technical coordination between services and architectural finishes
• Work closely with the project team to ensure a successful delivery
• Maintain strong client and consultant relationships throughout the project

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical background
• Experience as a Technical Services Manager or Building Services Manager with a main contractor
• Proven track record delivering projects through second fix, commissioning and handover
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience on high-end commercial, hospitality, residential or fit-out projects would be advantageous

Package

• Salary up to £85,000
• £6,000 Travel Allowance
