Technical Support Coordinator
Location: Bradford
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Marmon Lift Recruitment is working with a specialist stairlift business in Bradford that is looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical, customer service, or engineering administration background who enjoys problem-solving and supporting customers and engineers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You'll play a key role in providing technical assistance, coordinating queries and helping resolve issues relating to stairlift equipment. Working closely with customers, engineers and internal teams, you'll help ensure technical issues are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
What you'll be doing
● Providing technical support to customers and engineers regarding stairlift queries.
● Responding to technical enquiries and helping troubleshoot issues.
● Liaising with engineers to assist with fault diagnosis and problem resolution.
● Coordinating technical queries and ensuring issues are followed up promptly.
● Maintaining accurate records of technical issues, repairs and resolutions.
● Supporting the team with product information, technical documentation and
administration.
● Working closely with service and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer
Experience.
What we're looking for
● Previous experience in technical support, customer service, engineering
administration or a similar role.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to resolving issues.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
● A proactive approach to handling queries and managing priorities.
● Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
Experience within engineering, electrical equipment, lifts, stairlifts or technical customer
support would be advantageous, although candidates with transferable experience are
encouraged to apply.
