Are you from a technical background such as Electrical, AV, Networking, IT, Controls or Security, looking to move into an office based role where you can combine your technical knowledge with customer interaction?

This company is a rapidly growing technology business operating within the smart building sector. They are known for investing heavily in their people, offering extensive technical training, long term development and excellent opportunities to progress.

In this role, you will manage and support a portfolio of installation partners, troubleshooting technical problems, advising on system design and helping them successfully deliver projects. You will build strong relationships with your partners, becoming their first point of contact while helping them develop their technical capability and grow their businesses.

This role would suit somebody with strong technical aptitude who enjoys solving problems and dealing with people. Previous building automation or sales experience is not required, provided you have practical technical experience, networking knowledge and the ability to confidently communicate technical information.

The Role

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting to installation partners
* Advise on system design, installations and product applications
* Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of partners
* Help partners successfully design, quote and deliver projects
* Extensive product training and international training programme

The Person

* Background in Electrical, AV, Networking, IT, Controls, Security or similar
* Practical technical experience
* Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers
* Strong problem solving skills and ability to independently learn new technology
