Technology Innovation & Transformation Manager
£80,000-£90,000 + discretionary bonus London Hybrid

Are you someone who loves technology, but gets even more excited about actually making it work in the real world?

Do you enjoy taking new ideas and technology solutions, getting them off the ground and seeing them genuinely adopted across a business?

If so, this could be right up your street.

I'm looking for an experienced Technology Transformation professional to take ownership of a range of technology and innovation initiatives across a large UK & Ireland operation.

This definitely isn't a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines talking about transformation. You'll be right in the middle of it.

You'll work across Technology, Data, Applications and operational teams, taking new solutions from initial pilots and ideas through to implementation, adoption and scale.

There's a lot going on, so you'll need to be comfortable juggling multiple projects and workstreams at once. Just as importantly, you'll enjoy getting out into the business, speaking to people, understanding where technology could make a difference and bringing people with you on the journey.

So, what am I looking for?

You'll ideally have:

• A strong background in technology transformation, programme delivery or technology change
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions
• A really good handle on change and stakeholder management
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams at the same time
• Exposure to innovation, pilots or rolling out new technologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working within a large, complex organisation

Experience within facilities management, property, construction, infrastructure or another asset-heavy environment would be a massive plus.

More than anything, I'm looking for somebody who likes ownership and autonomy. You'll have plenty of scope to bring your own ideas to the table, challenge how things are currently done and influence how technology is adopted across a major organisation.

It's a cracking opportunity for somebody who wants to make a real impact rather than simply manage another transformation programme.
