Technology Optimisation Specialist
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Salary: Extremely competitive DOE
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays and long service awards
Working Pattern: Office-based
Our client is looking for a commercially minded Technology Optimisation Specialist to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity and customer experience.
Working across multiple departments, you will analyse business processes, evaluate technologies and lead improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results. This role combines business analysis, project delivery, stakeholder engagement and technology optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Review business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyse workflows to reduce duplication and manual tasks
- Research and evaluate software, systems and AI solutions
- Produce business cases and assess return on investment
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Manage implementation projects and coordinate suppliers
- Oversee testing, rollout and adoption activities
- Deliver training and support users through change
- Monitor performance and drive ongoing optimisation
- Review existing systems and identify enhancement opportunities
- Support governance, security and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Experience improving business processes through technology
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience implementing software, systems or digital solutions
- Commercial awareness with a focus on business value
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Understanding of cyber security, data protection and governance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
