Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission
Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Work from home Mondays & Fridays)
My client is a high-growth, specialist technology recruitment agency partnering with some of the most exciting businesses across the UK and internationally.
They focus on delivering top-tier talent across digital, technology, and IT markets, and due to continued success, they’re looking to bring ambitious Recruitment Consultants into our high-performing team.
The Role
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Build and develop client relationships within the tech sector
- Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates
- Recruit across software development, data, cloud, and IT markets
- Develop and grow your own specialist vertical
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tech recruitment
- Proven track record or strong potential in a 360 role
- Highly motivated, driven, and target-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious and keen to maximise earnings and progression
