Employment Solutions is recruiting an experienced Tekla CAD Technician to join an established structural steelwork and fabrication engineering business based in Widnes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CAD Technician looking to develop their career within a specialist engineering environment, working on varied structural steelwork and fabrication projects.

• 
  Produce accurate 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures.
• 
  Prepare detailed fabrication and assembly drawings.
• 
  Use AutoCAD to produce and amend technical drawings.
• 
  Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• 
  Ensure drawings meet fabrication and manufacturing standards.
• 
  Liaise with engineers, fabricators and project teams.
• 
  Maintain high levels of drawing accuracy and quality.

• 
  Tekla Structures experience - Essential
• 
  AutoCAD experience - Essential
• 
  Strong understanding of structural steelwork and fabrication processes.
• 
  Experience producing 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings.
• 
  Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• 
  Comfortable working independently and within an engineering team.
