We are currently looking for civil engineers to work on a long term Virgin Media project

Pay of Telecoms Civil engineer / Civil Operative / Civil ganger 

- Telecoms Civil engineer will be working on a competitive pay per job rate with Tools, Van and fuel provided by the company. 

 Job Description of Telecoms Civil Engineer / Civil Operative / Civil ganger :

- Civils Operatives perform various tasks, moving materials and tools, setting up signs and safety barriers.

- Reinstatement, excavation, backfill compaction, tarmac, kerbs, slabs.

- Paving & garden works 

- Execute and oversee rodding, roping, duct / subduct installations and cable pulling across Virgin Media underground networks.

- Understanding of Health and Safety regulations

Key Requirements of Telecoms Civils Engineer / Civil Operative / Civil ganger

- Telecoms civils experience

- Physically fit 

- One engineer in a two man team must have a NRSWA streetworks certificate

- One engineer in a two man team must have a full UK driving Licence. 

Telecoms Civil engineer physical requirements: 

- The ability to lift objects regularly

- The ability to bend and stretch with comfort

- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
