Telehandler - Carnforth

Your new company

A well-established regional housebuilder is seeking an experienced Telehandler Driver to join their team on a busy new build housing development in Carnforth. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable developer delivering high-quality homes across the region.

Your new role

You will be responsible for operating the site telehandler safely and efficiently, supporting trades and site management with the movement of materials across the development.

Duties will include:

• Operating the telehandler in line with site safety requirements
• Loading, unloading and distributing materials around site
• Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation
• Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects
• Supporting site operations as required by the management team
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket
• Previous experience working on new build housing developments
• Ability to work safely and follow site procedures
• Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
• Full PPE
• Recent and relevant references
