Telehandler / Forklift Operator

JOB TITLE: FORKLIFT / TELEHANDLER OPERATOR

LOCATION: SALTASH, TRURO & PADSTOW (CORNWALL)

We currently have the following opportunities:

• Saltash: Forklift Operator - Monday & Tuesday (2 day cover) starting next week

• Truro: Forklift / Telehandler Operator - 8-ton machine (Ongoing work)

• Padstow: Forklift / Telehandler Operator - Thursday 20th through to the 7th September

Site experience is required for these roles, and previous experience operating the relevant machinery is essential.

CPCS QUALIFICATIONS:

• In-date CPCS/NPORS/CSCS cards are essential

• Valid RTW documents like British passport/ Birth certificate+NI proof/ Share code)

Job Type: Full-time and on-site

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in a similar Forklift / Telehandler Operator role

• Loading and unloading delivery lorries

• Safely transporting and moving pallets around site

• Performing daily equipment safety checks

• Managing inventory and stock records

• Following strict health and safety rules and site procedures

• Experience working on construction or commercial sites

• Be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

• Proof of right to work in the UK

PAY AND BENEFITS:

A competitive rate of pay, depending on experience and the specific role. Payment options available are PAYE, CIS and Umbrella, with payments made weekly. Rates are open for negotiation.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday, depending on the site and role. Specific working hours will be confirmed upon application.
