Telehandler Operator – Energy Storage

Mint Selection are currently recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Operator to support the delivery of a major energy storage project based in Uskmouth, South Wales.

This is a short-term, hands-on position supporting site operations and logistics on a live construction project. The successful candidate will primarily operate the telehandler while assisting the wider site team where required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating the telehandler to move materials, plant and equipment around site
• Loading and unloading site deliveries
• Supporting material distribution and general site logistics
• Carrying out daily checks and reporting any defects
• Assisting the construction team with general site duties when required
• Maintaining good housekeeping across the site
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Working closely with site management and subcontractors to support the programme

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket
• Previous experience operating a telehandler on live construction sites
• Good understanding of site health and safety requirements
• Reliable, hardworking and comfortable assisting with general site duties
• Available to start immediately and commit to the full two-week contract
• Able to provide two recent work references
