Telehandler Operator – CPCS / NPORS – Penn, High Wycombe

Job Description

Munnelly Support Services is recruiting an experienced Telehandler Operator / Telescopic Forklift Driver for a construction project in Penn, near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This is a long-term position, with work expected to last over a year and weekly payments through CIS.

• Rate: £25.00 per hour CIS
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm
• Paid hours: 9.5 hours per day, 47.5 hours per week
• Duration: Over 12 months expected
• Location: Penn, near High Wycombe

Duties

• Safely operate the telehandler to move and distribute building materials around site.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles and supply materials to trades.
• Position and stack materials safely in designated areas.
• Carry out daily machine checks and report faults to site management.
• Work alongside banksmen and traffic marshalls to coordinate safe movements.
• Follow load capacity limits, site traffic management plans and health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Blue CPCS Telehandler card. Experienced operators with a valid NPORS Telehandler card are also accepted.
• Valid Safety Critical Medical.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience operating a telehandler on construction sites.
• Good understanding of safe lifting, load handling and working around pedestrians.
• Able to reliably commute to Penn for an 8:00am start, Monday to Friday.
• Full PPE and a reliable, professional approach.
