Telehandler

Job Title: Telehandler Operator
Location: Construction Site
Reports To: Site Manager / Supervisor

Main Duties:

• Operate the telehandler safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and move materials around the site.
• Lift and place materials as directed by the Site Manager.
• Carry out daily pre-use checks on the machine.
• Keep the telehandler clean and in good working condition.
• Follow all site health and safety rules.
• Work safely around other site personnel and plant.
• Report any defects, damage or safety issues immediately.
• Assist with general site duties when required.

Requirements:

• Valid and appropriate telehandler operator qualification/ticket.
• Relevant construction site experience preferred.
• Good understanding of site health and safety.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.

PPE: Safety boots, hi-vis clothing, hard hat and any other PPE required by the site.
