Telesales in Braunstone, Leicestershire

We’re looking for someone with a Telesales background to join a growing fire alarm company.

The main part of the role will be getting on the phone and following up on outstanding quotes, speaking to customers, answering any questions they may have and helping to turn quotes into confirmed work.

You’ll need to be confident on the phone, comfortable making outbound calls and have a good sales approach. Experience in telesales, sales follow-ups or a similar role would be ideal.

The role will involve:

• Chasing up outstanding quotes

• Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Speaking to customers and answering queries

• Following up leads and opportunities

• Helping to convert quotes into sales

• Keeping customer information up to date

Experience within the fire alarm or security industry would be a bonus, but strong telesales experience is the main thing we’re looking for.
