Telesales Executive

Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: £32,000 basic, plus uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to join a growing commercial team in Ashford. You will be selling a range of subscription based information, compliance and business support products, helping UK businesses and professional advisers access practical tools, advice and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B business, develop customer relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Make outbound calls and follow up warm leads and enquiries.
• Build and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products and services.
• Manage and develop your sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales or business development.
• Experience selling subscription based products or services would be advantageous.
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and target driven.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
