£25,500 Basic Salary | OTE £31,500+ Uncapped Commission
We're recruiting for 3 Telesales Executives to join a growing Belfast-based business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing existing accounts, and winning new business.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00am – 5:30pm
- No weekends
The Role
- Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify upselling opportunities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
- Follow up on leads and enquiries
- Prepare quotations and close sales opportunities
- Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous telesales, internal sales, account management or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
