About the Role

Are you a confident, driven salesperson who thrives on speaking to decision-makers and closing opportunities?

Our client is seeking ambitious B2B Telesales Executives to join their growing Manchester based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced sales professionals who enjoy a fast paced environment, are motivated by earning potential, and have a proven track record in outbound sales.

You’ll be responsible for engaging with business owners and directors, generating interest in the company’s services, and booking qualified appointments for the Field Sales Team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making high-volume outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
• Speaking with business owners, directors and key decision makers
• Booking qualified appointments for the Field Sales Team
• Building rapport and overcoming objections confidently
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
• Following up with prospects and nurturing opportunities
• Working towards and exceeding appointment targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous B2B telesales, cold calling, lead generation or appointment setting experience
• ⁠Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• ⁠Confident speaking with senior decisionmakers
• ⁠Experience using CRM systems and automated diallers
• ⁠Strong objection handling and closing abilities
• ⁠Motivated, resilient and target driven mindset
• ⁠Fluent spoken and written English
