About the Role:
As a Temp Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the seamless delivery of care services. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure that both clients and staff are supported effectively. You'll be an essential part of the Local Service Hub, helping them achieve care targets while fostering a positive environment for everyone involved.

Day-to-Day Duties Include:

  • Keeping accurate and legible records of staff availability and client bookings, adhering to CQC standards.
  • Scheduling client rotas and ensuring field staff have their up-to-date availability.
  • Striving to help the Local Service Hub achieve its care targets and budget objectives.
  • Coordinating the delivery of care while ensuring staff attendance at meetings, supervisions, and required training within CQC timelines.
  • Recording and addressing concerns, complaints, and compliments promptly or escalating as necessary.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of care.
  • Covering unallocated visits due to planned and unplanned staff leave, keeping the scheduling system updated.
  • Assisting with processing timesheets and submitting payroll information accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining and retrieving information using the People Planner software package.
  • Keeping in regular contact with clients and documenting service calls and visits appropriately.
  • Supporting the Care Coordinator role by coordinating care across multiple locations.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A commitment to listening to patients and respecting their rights.
  • Previous experience in a care coordination or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
