Temp to Perm New Homes Sales Advisor

Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Working Days: Thursday to Monday
Pay: Hourly rate equivalent to £33,000 basic salary + OTE £70,000

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join a successful housebuilder on a temp-to-perm basis, working on a new homes development in Rugby.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for an immediate start, with the initial assignment running through to the expected completion of the site in February 2027. Following the completion of the Rugby development, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to move onto a new development, providing long-term career stability.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion, delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and engaging with prospective purchasers on site

• Managing enquiries, viewings and follow-up activity

• Converting leads into reservations and sales

• Guiding customers through the purchasing process

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Maintaining accurate records and keeping CRM systems up to date

• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, sales teams and other key stakeholders

• Ensuring the show home and sales environment are presented to the highest standard

• Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales journey

We are looking for someone who is confident, driven and passionate about property sales, with previous experience within new homes or residential property sales.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Consultant

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong customer service skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

• A proactive and results-driven approach

• A professional and personable manner

• Availability to work Thursday to Monday

• Immediate start

• Opportunity to transfer to a new development following completion of the Houlton site

• Hourly pay while temporary, based on a £33,000 basic salary
