We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join a busy team supporting a market-leading business.

You’ll help customers transition from placing orders over the phone to using a new online self-service platform. You’ll provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, process orders and service requests, and ensure customers receive a high level of service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the online platform and provide technical support.

• Encourage customers to adopt new online services.

• Process orders and service requests.

• Schedule and dispatch service calls.

• Triage customer queries and resolve issues where possible.

• Keep customers updated and maintain accurate records.

• Liaise with hauliers, technicians and internal teams.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Customer service or call centre experience.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Confidence dealing with customers and overcoming objections.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• A positive, customer-first attitude.

• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
