Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and disputes
- Support aged debt reduction and process improvements
- Proven experience in credit control
- Confident communicator across phone, email, video calls, and meetings
- Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline driven environment
