Temporary Customer Advisor

Location: Manchester, M1 - Northern Quarter
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Assignment: 14th September - 28th September 2026
Hours: Shifts between 9:00am - 8:00pm, Monday-Sunday

We are currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a 2-week temporary assignment based in Manchester city centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, providing excellent service and working in a fast-paced environment.

The role will involve handling inbound telephone enquiries, assisting customers with their queries and ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Are confident speaking to customers over the telephone
• Are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Are reliable, professional and approachable
• Can work fully onsite in Manchester city centre
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must be available for the full assignment from 14th-28th September 2026
• Must have no pre-booked holidays or days off during the assignment

Due to the temporary nature of this assignment, full availability is essential.

14th September - 28th September 2026
