Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Temporary 4-month role, with the possibility of going permanent

We are recruiting for a brilliant company based in Kings Hill who have an amazing office environment and a friendly, supportive team.

They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team for an initial 4-month temporary assignment. There is a backlog of administration to work through, so they need someone who loves being organised, getting stuck in and seeing a task through to completion!

• Working through a backlog of administration and allocated tasks
• Logging jobs, defects and completed works
• Updating customer and job information on internal systems and portals
• Responding to customer queries by phone and email
• Chasing engineers and contractors for missing information
• Keeping records accurate and up to date
• Providing a friendly, professional and helpful service to homeowners
• Working closely with a small and supportive team

• Has strong administration and customer service skills, ideally within construction or maintenance
• Is confident using different systems and online portals
• Is organised and comfortable working through a busy workload
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Communicates professionally and warmly with customers
• Is a real team player
