Temporary Customer Supply Chain Coordinator in West End, London

Our client, a pioneering name in the pet food industry, is seeking a Temporary Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join their vibrant team This hybrid role, based in the heart of London, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organisation committed to providing proper food for pets while upholding sustainability and inclusively.

Role: Temporary Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Marylebone

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing

Pay: £14.50 p/h

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:30

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday - 2 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer purchase orders from placement to delivery with accuracy.
• Foster strong relationships through proactive communication with customer supply chain teams, sales, and logistics partners.
• Maintain records in the ERP system (Netsuite) for effective order management.
• Regularly report on order status and communicate potential revenue impacts to stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with customer supply chain teams to ensure excellent service levels.
• Support the UK sales team, finance, and logistics as needed.
• Ensure adherence to environmental legislation and contribute to the organisation's B-Corp goals. 🌱

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Experience of FMCG, ideally in supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship management.
• Proficient in Excel, including functions like Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
• A passion for continuous improvement and personal development.
• Experience with retailer portals is desirable.
