We are currently looking for an experienced Gold Card Electrician to join a 6-week commercial retrofit Solar PV project in Bradford . The project involves installing Solar PV systems on new-build warehouses , working as part of an experienced electrical team.

Duties:

• Installation of commercial Solar PV systems.
• Installing metal containment and traywork.
• Running strings from solar panels to inverters.
• Cutting, fitting and installing metal containment.
• Using an angle grinder to modify containment.
• Operating scissor lifts to carry out work at height.
• Working safely and efficiently on a busy commercial site.

Essential Requirements:

• ECS Gold Card.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• AM2 qualification.
• IPAF Licence (3a/3b) – able to operate scissor lifts.
• Previous commercial electrical installation experience.
• Confident working at height.
• Experience with containment and metal traywork.
• Own angle grinder and standard electrical hand tools.
• Full PPE.

Desirable:

• Previous Solar PV installation experience.
• Experience working on warehouse or industrial projects.
