Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about numbers and has a keen eye for detail. Our client is looking for a candidate who possesses:

• Proficient in accounting software SAGE 50 💻
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role & Strong understanding of accounting principles and practises
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy & Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable📅
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as required
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards 🏦
• Support the team with ad-hoc financial projects as needed
