Temporary Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Receptionist to cover holiday on the 28th August to the 18th September 2026.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, professional and friendly individual who enjoys working in a busy front of house environment.

You will be first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcome professioanl service.

Key responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly manner
• Answering and transferring incoming calls
• Taking and passing on messages accurately
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Receiving deliveries and distributing correspondence
